Dear Readers,
Three months ago I officially launched livingthe8count.com. Ever since, it has been an amazing time, working, writing and learning more about my friends in the Chicago Style Steppin’ community. My blog has been a success but not without your likes, shares and comments. I love the readers that stop me at events to discuss posts they have read, ask what to expect next and suggest topics or ask me “are you the stepper with the new blog?” Our conversations keep me writing and encouraged. Thank you!
I want to continue writing stories that hold your interest. If one post helps one stepper, I believe I have done what I set out to do. Already 1,700+ of you have visited the website. A big thunderous THANK YOU to the top three cities visiting The 8 Count Life Blog – Chicago, Virginia Beach, and Atlanta. You surprised me and I love you for reading my side of any story even once. I was warned that it is precarious to talk about Chicago Style Steppin’ when I am not from Chicago, so I am glad for the many that have either accepted, acknowledged or acquiesced to my opinions. I am here to stay.
I hope you will love the website changes and updates based on your feedback.
- The Instruction page has free instructor listings for all states
- A “borrowed” definition for Chicago Style Steppin’ was added to the About page
- We created a NEW!! Get Connected page for all steppers to be ground engaged
